Returns, Exchanges, Missing Parts & Claim
At LanZa Products, we stand behind every product we sell. Our no-questions-asked Signature One-Year Guarantee lets you put any Lanza product to the test. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return it within 90 days and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding Shipping and Processing fees). In addition, we will repair or replace any product for a full year from the date of purchase. To return an item, please follow the steps below:
- No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from LanZa Products, Inc. / Royal Teak. All returned merchandise must in the original carton and sent prepaid. Any collect shipment will be refused.
- Complete the Lanza Products Exchange/Return form that came with your order.
- Use the return shipping label attached to your Exchange/Return form.
- Carefully repackage the merchandise and affix the return shipping label to the outside of your package.
- Return the package to us.

All claims for damaged merchandise including concealed damage must be made by the dealer or consignor with the carrier is to be made through. No liability will be accepted for damage or losses directly or indirectly caused from use of our products or any other cause. Our liability shall be limited to repair or replacement of sold products.
